Voila – Today we are sharing our Enclave Estate project. What this project entails? A master bathroom remodel and an exterior makeover for a one-of-a-kind family.
First up, the master bathroom- Hands down one of our favorite spaces to recreate and design for clients. Our goal was to improve the functionality of the space while also providing our clients with a luxe and relaxing spa-like setting. We completely gutted and upgraded the entire space, while also adding in some stunning custom details. We know the trend these days is white, bright and clean however these homeowners did not want an all-white bathroom. To accommodate their taste, we mixed shades of grey, bronze and touches of black to make the space unique and personal to our clients. A tip for anyone looking to remodel their master bath; side lighting next to the vanity mirrors provides the best lighting for your morning routine and adds a bit of drama.
Next up – THE EXTERIOR. Isn't it amazing how a coat of paint and a few chic fixtures can completely transform the exterior of your home? We could not be more obsessed with how this makeover turned out. Our objective here was to create an understated, elegant look with a touch of drama. For the paint, we mixed a cream white and a brown to give the overall look a warm and soft undertone. The custom shutters and copper accents complete the look and give this gorgeous house major curb appeal. Talk about major exterior envy!
